Medisol strengthens e-commerce position in AED sales through acquisition of AEDvoordelig
Medisol, the European market leader in the sale of AEDs and resuscitation items, announced today the successful completion of the acquisition of ComPlus BV. ComPlus BV is known for the Dutch and Belgian online stores ‘AEDvoordelig.’
This strategic acquisition enhances Medisol BV’s position in the e-commerce sales of AEDs and opens up opportunities for growth and innovation. Additionally, AEDvoordelig brings valuable expertise in the areas of maintenance and AED leasing.
