How did you end up at Medisol?

I was looking for an international company where I could deepen my knowledge in international business and came across Medisol. It’s international wideness and company structure caught my attention and I applied for an intern position. After successfully graduating, I was offered a job in Finance and never left. I switched between some different positions within the company to gain knowledge in different areas until I finally settled on my current job.

What is your role at Medisol?

I currently work as Sales Consultant for UK and Ireland.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

A typical day for me often begins with setting goals and priorities. Me and my team, we review our sales targets, pipeline and customer database. We also check emails and messages to address any urgent client inquiries or requests. Then, we continue to follow up with leads and clients, work on proposals, quotes and sales materials, ensuring we are well-prepared for future meetings. After a productive morning of lead generation, the midday is often reserved for client meetings and presentations and sometimes, we may also participate in sales team meetings or training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, market trends and sales techniques.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

There are various motivations for me; there is the passion for the products that we sell, giving me the chance to do something good for society, there is the opportunity to continuously improve my skills and knowledge and take pride in my ability to adapt to changing market trends, refine my sales techniques and overcome challenges. Finally, there is the interest in helping our customers, a genuine desire to help customers find solutions to their problems or meet their needs by providing value to clients and building long-lasting relationships based on trust and support.
