How did you end up at Medisol?

I started working at Medisol in May 2018. This in the role of Procurement Specialist. A headhunter contacted me for this role through LinkedIn. After some nice job interviews, I said yes to this new challenge!

What is your role at Medisol?

Since October 2020, I fulfil the role of Procurement Manager. In this role I am the manager of Purchase, Warehouse and the Service department.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

I spend a lot of time in consultation. This both with my departments and with the management team. In this meetings, We mainly make plans for the future. We also discuss daily activities so that everyone knows where they stand. Something that is very important within a fast growing company. I also spend a lot of time writing plans for the departments. Plans that give direction to ultimately realize the strategic and tactical objectives of Medisol.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

I really enjoy seeing plans that have been made, also work in practice. Plans that are often made in consultation with the teams. It gives me a good feeling that everybody can contribute to the growth of Medisol.

What makes it so much fun to work at Medisol?

Within Medisol, we also have a lot of fun together. Hard work is interspersed with lots of laughter and small talk. Because of the variations, there is a pleasant working atmosphere in the company that you feel as soon as you enter Medisol!
