How did you end up at Medisol?
I answered an advertisement looking for a native English speaker to work in a young, vibrant and expanding business.
What is your role at Medisol?
My title is a Sales Consultant, but my job is so much more, I like to look at myself as an International Commercial Sales Account Manager.
What does an average day at Medisol look like?
There is no such thing as an average day at Medisol. The job is so varied and every day is different bringing new challenges and opportunities, it is what makes it so exciting to work here.
What drives you? Why do you do this job?
I share Medisol’s passion to site as many AED’s in the public arena as possible. Each time I sell an AED, I think that perhaps it is one more life saved, this motivates me to give the best possible service and advice to anyone that makes contact with us, whether a customer or not.
What result that you have achieved at Medisol are you proud of?
I joined Medisol as the customer service contact for the UK market, I am most proud of the work I have undertaken to build an International market for Medisol. This market is constantly expanding and since my time at Medisol, we have now shipped to all 5 continents. My new goal is continuing to build the International markets.
What makes it so much fun to work at Medisol?
Medisol is a team. We all have the same goal, so we support each other in our daily routines. There is always someone willing to take time to offer advice and guidance. We work in a relaxed, informal and friendly atmosphere, the sound of laughter is always coming from one office or another. As we say in English : There is no ”I” in TEAM.
