How did you end up at Medisol?

I saw a vacancy that really appealed to me. Although I still had plenty of challenge and enjoyment in my current job, I decided to apply anyway because of social purpose of Medisol. After 2 very nice talks with my future colleague and the Board of Directors, I was hired and one month later I started at Medisol!

What is your role at Medisol?

I am HRM Specialist.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

Because there is so much dynamic at Medisol, there is not really an average day. At the HR department, we face many fun challenges. The organization is still growing fast, so that means I regularly conduct a search for potential new colleagues and that I am busy with our employer branding. In addition, I am working on the continuous improvement of both the HR department and the personnel policy within the organization.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

First of all, I love helping people find their dream job and of course, I always hope that they find their dream job at Medisol. In addition, it is very nice to be busy with helping my colleagues with different kinds of questions on a daily basis and contribute to Medisol’s mission in this way.
