How did you end up at Medisol?

That is a funny story! I worked in the charging station industry in Amsterdam, and I was approached by Fleur via LinkedIn. The nice thing is that 4 years ago, I was also approached by HR at Medisol for a position in the French department, but no collaboration was started at that time. Because I wanted to go into the field less and also wanted to work closer to home, I now accepted the offer.

What is your role at Medisol?

I am Key Accountmanager Be/Lux and recruited to maintain and activate sales with existing customers and also to approach new target groups.

What does an average day at Medisol look like for you?

I start at 7.45 AM at the latest, have a cup of coffee and open our ERP system and the email and I first make sure that all orders are processed. Then I deal with all emails with questions from customers. If there is time, I am involved in prospecting and finding new customer groups. We also have some administrative tasks in our daily business.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

I have been doing sales since I was 23 years old and I love negotiating with customers and looking for new potential. Furthermore, I always look for opportunities to do better and thereby increase turnover.
