CEO & Founder
“For years my motivation has been: to save people’s lives. First many years in the hospital and on the ambulance, now via Medisol – a wonderful company with enthusiastic employees.”
How did you end up at Medisol?
Medisol originated from an attic room… As an ambulance nurse I started Medisol together with a colleague ambulance driver in 2001.
What is your role at Medisol?
CEO and founder
What does an average day at Medisol look like?
Start the morning with a cup of coffee. Very important 😉 While drinking my coffee, I start doing a quick tour through the office to say good morning to all colleagues. Because we are still growing fast, it is good to stay connected with everyone at Medisol in “real life” and not only by MS Teams. After that morning round, I check the most urgent e-mails, at 9:30 am we meet with our Management Team to discuss all current affairs and at 10:00 am we’ve got a daily meeting of maximum 10 minutes with everyone working at Medisol. The rest of the day is always very variable: agreements with suppliers, relations and employees are often on the agenda.
What drives you? Why do you do this job?
For years my motivation has been: to save people’s lives. First many years in the hospital and on the ambulance, now via Medisol.
What result that you have achieved at Medisol are you proud of?
Building a wonderful company with enthusiastic employees and actually adding something to society. Can you imagine how many lives are saved already with AED’s?
What makes it so much fun to work at Medisol?
Never a dull moment. Do you like dynamics in your work? And challenges? Then you are most welcome as a new colleague and we will look for a nice place for you!
