To replace a colleague on leave, we are looking for reinforcement for our ambitious German Sales Team for at least 6 months!

What will you be doing?
The German sales team at Medisol currently consists of 5 colleagues and this is where you will be a part of! Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the sales of our products and services in the German speaking countries. In your role you will support your colleagues with customer service tasks and in the administrative area. Think of answering questions by phone, email or chat, processing (online) orders, keeping customer information up-to-date and taking care of after sales.
On a daily basis, you are responsible for entering and administratively processing (webshop) orders into the system, as well as all other necessary administrative and communicative tasks. You are also responsible for customer service and monitoring the timely maintenance of AEDs that require inspection/maintenance.
As a Commercial Administrative Assistant, you will provide customers (in consultation with the sales consultants) with expert advice on our life-saving products! You do this with a personal and service-oriented approach. Your role also involves close cooperation with colleagues from other departments, such as purchasing, warehouse, marketing and other sales teams!

- Salary between €2,400 and €3,200 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience

What do we expect from you?
- You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
- You have experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a sales department
- Excellent command of the German language, both written and oral, and good command of the English language
- You are administratively very strong and know how to quickly teach yourself new systems.
- Enthusiasm, independence, stress resistance and dedication to further develop our sales
- Good communication skills to strengthen our existing customer relationships. In addition, you are also very accurate.
