What will you be doing?

Our Scandinavian sales team currently consists of 3 colleagues, who are native speakers from Sweden and Denmark. You will support these Sales Consultants in various commercial administrative tasks.

As a Sales Support employee you are responsible for entering and administratively processing (webshop) orders in the system. Of course you make sure that all information is complete. You also monitor the payment terms of the customers and call them when necessary.

In terms of further activities, you will also have to prepare quotations, take care of after sales and keep the web shops up-to-date. Customer service and relationship management are also part of your duties. Contact with customers is done by phone, email and via the chat function of the web shops. As Sales Support employee you will provide the customers with expert advice on the products. Of course you will be fully trained internally, so you have the right knowledge!

What do we expect from you?

  • You are available for 24 hours per week
  • You have an intermediate vocational education level
  • You are fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish. A combination of these languages is a big plus!
  • You are customer-oriented and have a commercial mindset
  • You like to work accurately with (commercial) administration
