With the increasing group activities of Medisol within the Safe Life group, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to develop and implement the marketing activities of our sister companies in the Benelux.

What will you be doing?
As Senior Marketing Specialist you are responsible for further developing and implementing the marketing strategy for our sister companies AED Solutions, Fuego and CardioService (Weert, Tiel and Brussels-BE). You will be based in the Medisol marketing team, consisting of 6 marketers, so that you can exchange professional knowledge with enthusiastic specialists. In addition, you will regularly be at the sister companies’ locations for consultation with colleagues there.
In your role as Senior Marketing Specialist, you will build on the brand experiences so that all Benelux companies see their unique character, target groups and products represented in your work. This includes designs for campaigns, advertisements, exhibitions stand designs, etc.
You coordinate all marketing activities. This includes product promotion, branding and labor market communication. You actively contribute to exploiting new sales markets and customer target groups. You manage the content calendar and ensure catchy posts on the social media channels. You also organize trade show participations, including planning, execution, care of promotional materials and follow-up. This role therefore involves both online and offline marketing activities. You coordinate cooperation with external specialist marketing agencies and are the point of contact for them.
In addition to the operational matters mentioned above, it is also important in this role that you think strategically. Where necessary, you give advice to the management of the companies and make adjustments to achieve the marketing goals. You analyze the marketing performance and make recommendations for optimization.
In this role, you will report to Medisol’s Sales and Marketing Manager.

- Salary between €4.000 and €5.000 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on your knowledge and experience

What do we expect from you?
- You are available 40 hours per week
- You have HBO working and thinking level, preferably confirmed with a degree in marketing, communications or related.
- You have extensive work experience in a broad B2B marketing & communications function, where achieving measurable results was an important part.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both written and oral. Knowledge of the French language is a plus.
- You know how to set priorities and good planning & organization comes naturally to you.
- You know how to manage the expectations of the various stakeholders.
- You are in possession of a car and driving license, so you can regularly visit your remote colleagues in Weert, Tiel and Brussels.
