How did you end up at Medisol?

After I graduated, I was looking for a company where I could develop myself and grow with the company. After a few conversations, I knew Medisol fits perfectly in that picture!

What is your role at Medisol?

I am working at the Finance department where I am working on a lot of different financial related aspects and processes.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

In addition to the daily tasks, such as booking and monitoring the banks and helping colleagues with financial issues, we are continuously working with the team to find solutions to improve the efficiency of the financial processes. Because Medisol is developing so quickly, there are always new challenges and changes that we are working on. This ensures that no day is the same, what makes the work very challenging.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

It motivates me a lot to ensure that the financial processes are running efficient. Besides that, it motivates me to make sure that the numbers in the bookkeeping are correct and representative for the performance of Medisol. To achieve these goals, in collaboration with the other colleagues within Medisol, is the reason that I am enjoying my job.
