Someone from my network tipped me about the vacancy. The fist conversations immediately felt very good.

What is your role at Medisol?

I am the CFO (Chief Financial Officer).

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

The mornings mainly consists of regular consultations with management and other colleagues. We discuss both day-to-day operational and more strategic matters. In the afternoons, I am busy reading and elaborating documents. I often do this in collaboration with colleagues and sometimes with external partners.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

Medisol is a fast growing company. I find it very interesting to help Medisol with the further professionalization so that growth can be realized in a healthy way and on a good foundation. This will also keep the company manageable in the future.
