What is your role at Medisol?

Software Developer. Together with the rest of my team, we are responsible for the further development and maintenance of our websites and webshops.

What does an average day at Medisol look like?

My day starts with a cup of coffee & stand-up meetings where we describe our last days work, what we plan to do today and discuss what we’ve achieved or ran into. Afterwards, I either start or continue handling the highest priority tickets from our backlog. This can be a feature for the webshop but also something for the service portal for example. Consulting with colleagues from other departments is also part of my day. It differs how much time I spend on this, sometimes a meeting is planned, another time certain issues are playing or guidance is requested.

What drives you? Why do you do this job?

I want to use my skills and experience to mean something for the society. Also, helping my colleagues and making sure everything works as it should work for our customers makes me a happy man!
